Every plan includes one shared pool of conversational minutes, used across all of your agents. How fast the pool drains depends on the mode: voice and text chat spend 1 minute per minute of conversation, while video-avatar spends 3× (it's the premium, most resource-intensive mode). Time is metered in 1-second increments.
Paid plans keep working — overage is billed automatically at the end of your billing cycle through Stripe, and we send a heads-up at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises. Pro gets a 10% overage discount; Starter pays the standard rate. The free trial doesn't bill overage: your agents simply pause once the 60 minutes are used, until you upgrade.
Yes — BYO credentials are supported on every plan. Sessions using your own keys are not metered against your MyAIStaff quota (no double-billing), but they're also not discounted.
No setup fee on any plan. Enterprise contracts may include a one-time onboarding fee if you need a custom integration or migration.
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal in your dashboard. Your agents keep running until the end of the paid period, then they're archived (and hard-deleted after 7 days per GDPR).
